Refund Policy

Creations By You has a non-refund policy.  You may transfer tickets to another person if necessary, but you must send that ticket to the person you transfer it to so they can show it for admittance to the event.  Although we understand life events do happen, your ticket payment allows us to prepare for services, supplies, and seating to make sure everyone has an amazing experience.
